Spaghetti with Bread Crumbs
Ingredients for 4 persons:
400g of spaghetti, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, 100g breadcrumbs.

In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. When this is very hot, add the breadcrumbs, mixed with the pepper (if pepper is to your taste). Mix carefully with a wooden spoon. Take the pan off the stove when the breadcrumbs are well fried without having burned them. Add salt to taste and dress the spaghetti which have been already been boiled, drained and are 'al dente'.

You may add to this recipe, small cherry tomatoes, fresh rocket, preserved anchovies in oil, garlic and chili.
Preparation for this condiment: In a large pan, dissolve the anchovies over a low heat in some oil. Add the tomatoes which you will have sliced in half, together with the rocket, torn into pieces as well as the chopped garlic. Allow to fry for approximately 5 minutes. Add the chili and salt to taste. Add to the spaghetti which already has been dressed with the grated crumbs.
