Slice the broccoli heads off from their stems
and boil in sufficient salted water. Slice the
onion and gently fry in a pan with some oil. Add
the pine nuts, then the boiled broccoli heads.
Add a little of the cooking water in which the
broccoli were boiled.
Fry gently, adding the anchovies fillets which
have chopped into fine pieces. Add the pepper,
or a chopped fresh chili.
In a separate pan, fry the bread crumbs in some
oil being careful not to burn them and to stir
continuously then add to the broccoli sauce.
Boil the spaghetti, drain well and add to the
broccoli sauce and allow to absorb the flavours.
