for four persons:
1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 baby marrow, celery, 1red
or yellow pepper, tomatos.
Coarsely slice all the ingredients.
Finely chop the onion and gently fry it in a pan
with some oil.
Add the remaining sliced ingredients and ad a
little stock to this.
Allow to cook for approximately 20 minutes or
until the vegetables are soft and cooked.
